If you want to stand out from the crowd, go where the crowd never goes. You make your own path, you find your tribe. This is where the journey begins. Not all who wander are lost. They live here. We are a place where the restless rest, where people who like to be outside can come inside. We believe that an apartment complex should not be complicated. It should be a community that feels like home, where people who celebrate Boise and love the outdoors can live together.

Located along the Boise River, less than two miles northwest of downtown Boise, Veterans Park occupies one of the city’s most desirable locations. Boise’s popular green belt runs through the neighborhood, connecting residents to the many recreational opportunities available at Willow Lane Sports Complex, Veterans Memorial Park, and Esther Simplot Park.
A mix of residential areas, schools, and small business centers make up Veterans Park, ensuring that residents have access to a variety of daily needs. In the southeast part of the neighborhood, beautiful mid-century bungalows sit under a canopy of mature trees, while many restaurants and shops line West State Street.
The Veterans Park Neighborhood Association hosts events throughout the year that create a strong sense of community in the area. When it’s time to leave town, both the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and Boise Airport are just minutes away.
School data provided by GreatSchools GreatSchools rankings help parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provide a useful picture of how effectively each school serves all students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and may include test scores, college readiness, academic performance, advanced coursework, equity, major and attendance data. We also encourage parents to visit schools, consider other information about school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It feels like a recreation community by the water. We love the mature trees, shade and quick access to downtown.
Living near a lake and greenbelt is a plus, despite the lack of beauty, crumbling curbs, overflowing pet bag cans and lack of maintenance staff.

The leasing staff made the move smooth and easy. The amenities in the apartment look like false advertising because everything is broken.
First, I must admit that I am not Rantri here and I am only commenting on the management group. I was in the market and called the leasing company to get a virtual tour of one of these. I tried to do this twice and both times the leasing agent/staff member simply did not show up for the previously scheduled tour. The first time this happened, I emailed the person who arranged the meeting and they offered to reschedule. When the same thing happened a second time, I emailed the same person again – twice – and she never responded to my email.
One person’s alias management… is destroying this place faster than the fall of Rome! Poor management is useless and prone to get into hot water if things go wrong. Apartment water leaks through windows, toilets flood, showers clog, washers/dryers constantly break! Terrible parking! Very expensive! This week, people tried to break into several apartments; (When we moved in 8 months ago there was mold growing on the walls behind the boiler and they said the previous tenant smoked weed, come to find out they never inspected the apartment clearly. Constant amenities It’s going down. Trespassers always breaking the facilities… The management is completely off! If there is a regional manager, you should consider what is going on in this place? All comments Well, it is from people who live here for a week and think they are in ‘ e heaven are until they are not On my worst enemy!!!
I love living here, the fun events, the things to do, and the people who say hello, and the staff who respond when I need them.

I had a great move in experience at Whitewater! The staff was very helpful! I can say that my experience in these areas is getting better as we get closer to summer. The facilities and location are unique. Michael is the man!
Been in this complex for 3 years, not moving here, they charge double the rent for half the service they used to provide.
I love my apartment at WWP, it is beautiful, has a fireplace, great amenities and is very pet friendly. I love the view of Queens Pond.
Overall a great community. We love the office facilities and staff. The price of the apartment is reasonable compared to other complexes, especially considering the facilities of the residents.

Considering I probably have the best apartment in the entire complex, how can I say my time here hasn’t been amazing. I love living in the pond.
A hidden gem in Queens Pond nestled among the String of Pearl Parks on the Boise River Greenbelt. A truly breathtaking location and meticulous grounds, this property is managed by friendly and knowledgeable staff who take the time to help. Visitor parking is regulated but permitted, so that’s a bonus.
My roommates and I enjoyed the amenities and the proximity to the center. The maintenance crew is great. They always appear quickly and are very useful.
As with any old property, there are always things to do, clean and improve. I feel that the real glue of the staff is their attention to the needs of the residents, a sense of community, excellent customer service and a very pleasant attitude.

This is a beautiful complex worth every penny we spend. The staff is great and always get back to us with great timing! Parking is a minor issue, but issues are always resolved in a timely and professional manner.
We are in our third year here. Overall, we are happy because we feel safe and enjoy the benefits of access to the green belt. We can stay for a year or two to finish school.
Great place, great location, best facilities, friendly staff. Free parking is very narrow. Above average hair half the view of the pond is blocked by trees.
The maintenance staff are really sweet guys and their response is always faster than I expected. Shawn even pumped up my bike tire one day.

I love living in Whitewater Park, the community is great, the amenities are amazing and I truly feel at home.
Parking is very difficult, I don’t like to park far away from my apartment at night
It’s a great community and overall a very peaceful place to live. Access to downtown and the freeway is definitely an advantage. Being close to the green makes it even better.
Awesome! I love the location right on the pond and how close it is to downtown and BSU. The staff is always very nice and helpful. My roommates and I absolutely love living here – the amenities, the staff, and the apartment itself are amazing.
